Daily Activity Tracker: A Window into Your Child’s Therapy Day
Introducing the Daily Activity Tracker, a daily update that keeps families informed about their child’s therapy progress, enhancing transparency and engagement.
This report shares key insights including:
- Today’s Mood: You’ll receive a summary of your child’s overall mood, reflected through their “HRE Score” (Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged).
- A high HRE score suggests your child had a great day, tackled challenges successfully, and stayed engaged.
- A lower HRE score may indicate your child had a more difficult day. This isn’t necessarily a concern. It helps our team identify patterns and adjust support as needed. Some days are simply harder than others, and that’s okay. Our goal is continued growth, not perfection.
- Daily Details: You’ll also learn about meals, toileting habits, and any materials that may need to be replenished, such as diapers or wipes.
This daily report helps bridge the gap between therapy and home life. It offers you a simple, clear way to stay in the loop and reinforce what your child is working on. It’s just one more way we’re committed to keeping families involved and informed.
