Centria’s Field-Work Program
Elevate is a full-time, paid practicum experience designed to support aspiring BCBAs through every stage of their fieldwork journey. Participants receive benefits like PTO and health insurance, along with paid supervision for both restricted and unrestricted hours—eliminating the stress of unpaid placements.
The program follows a 3-stage path—Emerge, Empower, Ascend—paired with individualized mentorship and tight-knit cohorts that build both skills and confidence. With a clear roadmap and ongoing support, Elevate doesn’t just support you in becoming a BCBA but also in becoming a Centria BCBA.

Emerge into your journey as a student.
Target: To obain around 670 hours
Focus: Build foundational skills
Hour Distribution: 80–85% Restricted / 15–20% Unrestricted
Mentorship: Small Cohort Mentorship & 1:1 Supervision focused on individualized clinical application, progress, and competency.
Clinical Apprentices with 600+ hours can test out to elevate to the Empower level
Associate
Empower your purpose as an associate.
Target: To obtain around 1,400 hours
Focus: Apply knowledge with confidence
Hour Distribution: 50–60% Restricted / 40–50% Unrestricted
Mentorship: Small Cohort Mentorship & 1:1 Supervision focused on individualized clinical application, progress, and competency.
Compensation: $250 Program Bonus
Clinical Apprentices with 1300+ hours can test out to elevate to the Ascend level
Consultant
Ascend to leadership as a consultant.
Target: To obtain 2,000 hours
Focus: Lead with purpose and clinical expertise
Hour Distribution: 15–20% Restricted / 80–85% Unrestricted
Mentorship: Small Cohort Mentorship & 1:1 Supervision focused on individualized clinical application, progress, and competency.
Compensation: $500 Program Bonus
