NOTTINGHAM, MD, January 26, 2026 – Centria Autism (Centria), a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, announces the opening of its first Maryland-based Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) location in Nottingham.
Centria places an emphasis on early intervention with its LSAA centers, providing high-intensive, specialized ABA therapy to children with autism who are five-years-old and younger.
“We are excited to begin serving families in Nottingham and to expand access to ABA services in the community,” said Timothy Yeager, Chief Clinical Officer at Centria. “Our work is centered on outcomes that matter to families and carry beyond the clinic, helping children thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.”
The 11,680-square-foot center at 6820 Hospital Drive, Suite 100, opened January 19 and is currently welcoming new clients.
Centria centers offer individualized treatment plans from a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians, prioritizing the development of everyday skills and social behaviors that allow children with autism to thrive in school, at home and in their communities.
According to the CDC, one in every 31 kids is diagnosed with autism – illuminating an increasing need for quality behavioral therapy across the board. Centria is continuing to honor its commitment to supporting those on the spectrum with centers in Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Virginia.
