PORTLAND, OR, January 26, 2026 – Centria Autism (Centria), a leading national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, announces the opening of its newest Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) location in Portland, Oregon.
Centria places an emphasis on early intervention with its LSAA centers, providing high-intensive, specialized ABA therapy to children with autism who are five-years-old and younger.
“As more families seek early, high-quality support, our focus is on expanding access without compromising the standard of care,” said Timothy Yeager, Chief Clinical Officer at Centria. “Opening this center in Portland reflects our commitment to meeting families where they are, with services that are intentional, clinically strong, and built around what children need to succeed in everyday life.”
The 8,940-square-foot center at 6135 NE 80th Ave. opened January 21 and is currently welcoming new clients. This center is Centria’s fifth in Oregon, joining other locations in Beaverton, Gresham and Salem.
Centria centers offer individualized treatment plans from a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians, prioritizing the development of everyday skills and social behaviors that allow children with autism to thrive in school, at home and in their communities.
According to the CDC, one in every 31 kids is diagnosed with autism – illuminating an increasing need for quality behavioral therapy across the board. Centria is continuing to honor its commitment to supporting those on the spectrum with centers in Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Virginia.
