Dr. Emily Callahan has been the Vice President of Clinical Quality at Centria Autism since August 2021. In this role, she is involved in numerous aspects of service delivery including the development of an industry leading clinically informed intake process, providing oversight for Centria’s diagnostic services, and setting standards related to ABA assessments. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from SUNY Binghamton and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D).
Prior to Centria, Emily was the inaugural Executive Director of CASP and held leadership positions at the Virginia Institute of Autism and SUNY Binghamton. A published researcher and presenter in ABA and autism, she is actively involved in professional organizations. Dr. Kerri Milyko serves as the Vice President of Clinical Development at Centria Autism, where she leads a team focused on building systems for Centria’s extensive field team. This includes an internal practicum program to develop high-quality, compassionate clinicians working in the field of autism, clinical data analysts to quantify and disseminate Centria’s clinical outcomes, performance thinking coaches who create performance monitoring systems and new lines of revenue, and system creation and materials for behavior-analytic instructional design. Prior to this position, Dr. Kerri joined CentralReach as the Director of Curriculum Programming in October 2019. In this role, she and her team created a fully-digital, integrated, evidenced-based curriculum to service the needs of autistic learners and those with IDD, CR Elements. Before this, she served as Director of Development and Outreach of Agile Learning Solutions (Precision Teaching Learning Center) and the Director of Research and Development of The Learning Consultants, where she is currently an active board member.

Edward Sanabria is an experienced behavior analyst dedicated to advancing clinical excellence and in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As Director of Functional Assessment and Treatment Implementation at Centria, he leads pyramidal model training initiatives for over 75 Directors and 350 clinicians across 13 states, focusing on the components of our Foundations of Care framework: the design and implementation of Foundational Plans, Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment.
His research and collaborations focus on scaling compassionate, assent-based interventions, reflective practice and humility as well as interdisciplinary collaboration. With a PhD in ABA from The Chicago School, Edward is committed to developing thoughtful leaders and disseminating effective clinical practices that are impactful for our clients.
