Behavior Technician

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social skills and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA, you’ll take on a leadership role in designing and overseeing ABA therapy programs. BCBAs work closely with clients, families and RBTs to ensure that each child’s therapy is tailored to their specific needs and goals.

What is the Foundations for Clinical Excellence program?
The Foundations for Clinical Excellence is an 18-month practicum program developed by Centria Autism. It is designed to support aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Supervising Clinicians by providing comprehensive training that aligns with Centria's Clinical Values and Foundations of Care.
